Unico Swimwear is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. In order to provide an exceptional level of service to our customers we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, or issue a store credit for all unworn purchases returned within 14 days of receipt. Please review the Returns/Exchange guidelines:

Return/Exchange Guidelines

-All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All items must be returned in original condition and will not be eligible for return/exchange if the unit has been: washed, soiled, appears to be altered, or odor of fragrance or smoke. In addition, the unit must have the original tags on it as well as the hygienic liner.

Size Exchanges:

We are dedicated to assisting all our customers in purchasing merchandise that provides the most comfortable fit. If after reviewing the size charts and receiving your merchandise a size exchange is necessary, please be sure your merchandise meets the return/exchange guidelines and follow the process. Defective or Damaged Merchandise

We will gladly replace or refund any defective/damaged merchandise at no shipping cost to the customer. Please complete the exchange/return form and enclose it with your return for expedited service. Your request will be processed within 72 hours by one of our customer care representatives. All return shipping fees for defective or damaged merchandise will be added to the refund or credit.

Incorrectly Shipped Merchandise

Our customer care representatives are human also so there is always the slim chance of error in order processing. In the event there of a shipping error please follow the standard return/exchange guidelines and your request will be expedited immediately. All return shipping fees for incorrectly shipped merchandise will be refunded.

Merchandise NOT available for Refund/Exchange

-Due to health code regulations all Thongs and Undergarments are NOT available for return or exchange. In addition, all worn, soiled, washed, altered, merchandise with odor of fragrance or smoke, and untagged merchandise are not available for refund/exchange.
-All merchandise sold at a discount as “Final Models” are final sales and NOT available for Return/Exchange.
-All gift cards and store credits are not refundable. However, all store credits and gift cards never expire so they are available for store redemption forever.

Return/Exchange Shipping Process

To expedite your request as soon as possible, please complete the short return/exchange form and enclose it with the return unit to the address below. You request will be serviced within 72 hours by one of our customer care representatives. Depending on the method of payment please allow your credit card company an additional 2-10 days to reflect any changes to your account. (Please ship your package prepaid and insured for your protection in the event of loss during shipping)
